I hate it when people hire me to help them lose weight and then whinge, moan and piss their fucking pants when you tell them they are being lazy and they can do alot better. I am honest and upfront, the clients are all made aware that i don't fuck about and i push hard. Either they want help or they don't want help, grow up stop acting like a fucking child and put in some fucking effort!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
